Inhale & Exhale

Welcome, and I am glad you found your way here.

My name is Christy Doucette, MA, LPC & PRYT and my pronouns are she/her/hers. I start each session with a breath, and it seemed vital to do that here as well.

Perhaps you were searching for therapy, counseling, breathwork or yoga of some form… and found your way here. If so, you are in the right place. AND I want to remind you that whatever you are searching for outside of you, is within you.

After years of practice, I believe more firmly than ever that we each hold all the wisdom inside that we are searching for. It can take spaces and places of holding to help access it, and I’d be honored to explore this with you.

Please check out the offerings and support offered here, and reach out with any questions or curiosities. It’s great to have you here and I look forward to connecting.

“Space is always where the interesting stuff happens… and space is always where you hear the things you would not have heard otherwise.”

You. here. now.

I believe you are so very good, just as you are in this precise moment. You are not broken and this work is not intended to fix you. Instead, this is an opportunity to meet yourself with kindness, strength, and tenderness.  I offer you the space to explore the areas in your life where there is heartache and joy, discouragement or anxiety, and the many ways in which you are resilient beyond measure.  This is an invitation to explore yourself, your journey, and where you hope to go. You being here speaks volumes. Let’s take the next step together.

Intention

This work stems from an overflow of desire for creating intentional space for self and others. We often live rushing moment to moment, and I have found it takes creating intentional space to get below the surface to uncover what is going on. Knowing this is vulnerable work, I approach connection with you and your process with tender regard. Tapping into areas of tension, struggle, and heartache are heroic efforts and I will be here with you, creating space for all that emerges.
