
Breathwork for Somatic Release & Stress Reduction
The breath is a healing modality and breathwork a form of active meditation.
When used consciously and connected, can tap us into the unconscious realms. It brings us into the present moment, in connection with our intuition and with Spirit. In the present moment, true presence is when we feel most at ease and able to access gratitude, peace, and joy. To get there often times we need a physical release to move through the barriers to presence.
Returning and regular clients schedule as needed. All new clients, please schedule 20 minute consultation call prior to booking sessions.
Breathwork Sessions
Zoom Session: 75 minutes | $115
In-Person Session: 90 minutes | $150
In-person sessions available upon request.

Each session may include varying levels of verbal processing, movement, breathe, and present moment noticing. We will go at your pace and comfort level. No experience necessary with particular styles of movement or breathing.
All body types, orientations, belief systems, and walks of life are welcome and invited into this work.

Somatic Therapy: Healing Through Movement, Breath, and Connection
The somatic therapies I offer are born from years of integrating these healing practices into both my professional work and personal life. Through a blend of breathwork, yoga, yoga therapy, meditation, and walk & talk sessions, we create a personalized approach that honors your unique journey.
Breathwork, in particular, is a powerful tool for releasing heavy emotions and managing stress. When combined with movement and verbal processing, this approach often leads to profound breakthroughs and healing.
Every person is different, and not everyone feels at ease in a traditional therapy setting. Many find it easier to open up and connect when they’re walking side by side rather than sitting face-to-face. I offer this flexibility to help you feel more comfortable and supported in your healing process.
Our work together will be shaped by your needs and desires, guided by an initial consultation. With a variety of therapeutic and somatic modalities at our disposal, we will create a safe, open space where your process can unfold naturally.

Breathwork Session Options
1:1 Individual Sessions
Powerful for going deep and exploring the unconscious realms.
Where you may feel stuck repeatedly with mental processing or exhausting talk therapy, the breath and body work together to sort and heal.
Sessions are 75 minutes, and incorporate intention setting and grounding, active breathing, savasana, and integration. Breathwork sessions are held over zoom, with availability for in-person if requested.
Group Classes and Workshops
The group atmosphere and energy is unique every time.
Group Classes held in person at Stillspace Charleston as well as pop up classes at the beach and local parks.
Group classes are designed to be affordable and outside classes are donation based.
